Originally from Cairo, Egypt, Nadine attended an international high school in Dubai, UAE. She completed her undergraduate education at Columbia University, double majoring in Political Science and Human Rights with a concentration in Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies. As an undergraduate, Nadine also dedicated her time to several activism projects, including an initiative establishing a scholarship program for Syrian refugees at Columbia. Since graduating in 2017, Nadine has worked in university admissions consulting and mentorship, tutoring students in a variety of high school subjects and standardized tests, and working one-on-one with students on college admissions essays. Nadine is now back in school completing her Masters degree in Media, Communications and Development at the London School of Economics.
Nadine’s love for teaching stems from a passion for working with children and young adults. For the past few years, she spent her summers working as a counselor at an international outdoor education camp. As a tutor, she aims to harness her students’ ambitions and passions in order to help them achieve their maximum potential.
In her free time, Nadine loves spending her time outdoors and traveling as much as possible. She also enjoys playing football, Muay Thai, and binge watching true crime series.
