Rielly Wieners is a former Assistant Director of Admission at Stanford University, where she managed domestic and international territories, led the QuestBridge process, and acted as an athletic liaison for several NCAA Division 1 teams. Having read tens of thousands of applications and participated in the committee process, Rielly brings ample insight from the higher education space. She has traveled across the country to give presentations on how to fully utilize the various application components to tell a unique story.
Before Stanford, Rielly worked as the Assistant Softball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for her former team, the Wesleyan University Cardinals, where she was a 4-year varsity starter and senior captain. She also has classroom experience as a paraprofessional for neurodiverse elementary school students.
Coming from a first-generation background, Rielly believes wholeheartedly in the transformative power of education and cares deeply about her role in empowering future leaders and problem-solvers. She is an advocate for interdisciplinary approaches to learning, encouraging students to seek solutions to social problems from all angles and perspectives. Above all, helping students find their voice and tap into their potential is the focal point of Rielly's work. She loves brainstorming new creative outlets and ways to make an impact.
In her free time, Rielly shoots film photos, writes poetry, and collects vinyl records. She's always up for talking about favorite sports teams, fun new art projects, and groovy Spotify playlists :)
