Dr. Nicole Cook brings over 20 years of expertise to college counseling, combining strategic planning with personalized guidance to help students and families navigate the admissions process with clarity and confidence. Known for her thoughtful and encouraging approach, Nicole supports students in crafting applications that reflect their authentic stories while identifying colleges where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Nicole is dedicated to making the college journey as stress-free and empowering as possible. She breaks the process into manageable steps, helping students stay organized while balancing their academic and extracurricular commitments. Whether guiding a student through essay brainstorming, test preparation, or selecting colleges, Nicole ensures the experience is both productive and meaningful.

Nicole’s passion for helping students began during her time at Vanderbilt University, where she worked as a tour guide and admissions officer. Since then, her career has included roles in counseling, leadership, and private practice. Her deep understanding of the admissions process allows her to tailor her guidance to meet the unique needs of every student. From gaining admission to highly selective universities to navigating creative or athletic pathways, Nicole’s expertise ensures each student’s goals are met with care and precision.

In addition to her work with students, Nicole is passionate about fostering connections within her community. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local parks, and discovering new coffee spots with friends.
